Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping within Thailand We ship across Thailand. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Shipping Fragrance Internationally Eau de Parfum is classified as a hazardous material for air freight due to its alcohol content. We comply with all international shipping regulations. Some destinations may have restrictions on fragrance shipments. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
