Every CCJ Parfum fragrance is created with care, intention, and a genuine belief in what it is. We want you to feel that confidence when you shop with us.
Unopened Products If your order arrives and you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at hello@catimbang.co to begin the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Opened Products Because fragrance is a personal and intimate product, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is faulty. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about our scents.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
